Personal Statement

Dan is a perpetual student of STEM who finally realized that he could help other people learn STEM, too. Groomed as an engineer, Dan initially studied Science & Math. He then ventured into Public Health, and then into traditional Science Teaching, earning Master’s Degrees in both. He has worked in a lab as a biomedical researcher developing antibiotics, and in a classroom as a high school Science teacher broadening minds. Now, combining his STEM training, decade of STEM tutoring experience, and appropriate IT, he seeks to continue broadening minds, preparing students for their STEM courses.
