Personal Statement

A teacher teaches SOMEONE, something...and in that order. Empathy is the key ingredient in student engagement which empowers the learner to experiment and move forward with learning. Samuel is a graduate of the University of Oxford, England and has held the Sandbulte Chair in Business Ethics at the College of St. Scholastica. Samuel has been Visiting Fellow at Mansfield College, Oxford, Blackfriars, Oxford and Kellogg College, Oxford as well as Visiting Fellow, St Edmund College, and Cambridge. He has been section editor of the Journal of Business Ethics as well as Editor in Chief of The International Journal Of Value Based Management. He is also associate editor, journal of Decision Ethics.
