Personal Statement
Gus is an enthusiastic science guru, with expert level science and math knowledge, a passion for instilling confidence in his students, and a love for watching them succeed. Gus has a demonstrated aptitude and track record for tutoring that is evident in his multiple experiences throughout his own education. Gus has tutored since he was in High School, continued doing so in his undergraduate and graduate studies, and has even taught Medical Physiology at a top 25 Medical School. He specializes in MCAT prep and is himself a top 6% scorer (94 percentile). Gus currently works as as Clinical Research Coordinator in Ophthalmology and when he is not doing that, he enjoys anime, sports, weightlifting, and graphic design.
