Personal Statement

Ava began tutoring in 2015, and since then she has taught all sections of the SAT, ACT, ISEE, and SSAT. A graduate of The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), she earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2022. She has experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Drawing on more than eight years of experience and using her background in behavior analytics to help students build skills with confidence, Ava incorporates positive reinforcement and a flexible, personalized approach to make learning both engaging and effective.
