Personal Statement
Chris has been passionate about chemistry since he first took it in high school. Since then, Chris has completed a BS in chemistry at Penn State and has earned his master’s in secondary education at Saint Joseph’s University. Having worked in private schools in the Philadelphia suburbs, Chris has taught all levels of high school chemistry, Physics, Algebra I, and Algebra II. Being a teacher is one of his greatest pleasures as he loves to inspire his students to problem solve. If students are engaged in what they are learning, then learning can be rewarding and fun. He looks forward to helping you find a passion for learning the sciences and work to improve your problem-solving skills. In his free time, Chris is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and a collector of all types of games.
