Personal Statement
I'm a fulltime working engineer with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Steven's Institute of Technology. At my job I design propulsion systems and hold several patents. I have tutored math and science for 6 years and instructed students in math at community colleges in NJ. In my free time I enjoy fitness, reading, the outdoors and travel. When I tutor students, I use real world examples to help explain concepts. I have found that students who are hesitant about math and science require patience and calm guidance. Success comes from good study skills and strategic critical thinking methods. I also focus on test anxiety and test taking skills. If you are a student or a parent who is motivated to improve performance in math and science I am committed to help. I look forward to working with you on your road to success!
